We start from local, seasonal produce — the produce of Provence — and add the little twist from elsewhere: a spice, a technique, an unexpected pairing. The anchor stays French, the journey slips onto the plate.
And for more classic tastes, there's always a fine butcher's cut: here, nobody leaves hungry.
