We start from local, seasonal produce — that of the green Provence — then slip in a twist from elsewhere: a spice, a technique, an unexpected pairing. The anchor stays French, the journey lands on the plate.
Everything is cooked on site and the menu changes every week. And for lovers of the classics, there's always a fine butcher's cut: nobody leaves hungry.

At 12 avenue Allongue, in Lorgues (83510), in the green Provence. We serve lunch from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. The lunch menu is offered on weekdays, except weekends and public holidays.
