Contact and quote forms : name, email address, subject and message. This data is used solely to respond to your request. It is sent by email to the restaurant via a delivery provider (Amazon SES, hosted in the European Union) and is not stored in any website database.
Online booking : booking is carried out via an external service shown at your request (by clicking "Book a table"). The data entered there is processed by that service, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The site does not include any advertising audience-measurement tool.
Cookies
The site does not use any of its own tracking cookies. Third-party cookies may be set only in two cases:
- Google Reviews (Elfsight) — loaded only after your consent via the cookie banner;
- External booking module — loaded only when you open the booking window.
