My story

30 years of travel a 1780 house

Before opening Carnets de Voyage, I was lucky enough to spend many years abroad. Every country I had the joy of living in left a taste, a spice, an idea to slip into my recipe book.

Back in France, I set down my bags in this endearing house to create a cuisine where France and the world blend and intertwine with every bite.

Art takes a seat at the table

Our walls host the works of local artists, and the hidden garden becomes an open-air antiques market under the olive tree. An artistic stroll, from the lounge to the garden — paintings and vintage finds for sale directly.
