My story
The journey, the encounters, a place
For many years, I had the good fortune to travel the world with my family. Beyond the people and the cultures, every cuisine carried its own flavour and its own richness. Back in Provence, I set my bags down in this beautiful 1780 house in Lorgues, with its sun-drenched terrace and its hidden garden — a former church house and the residence of the tenor Georges Thill.
Today, every plate reflects the road travelled and this quite exceptional place: generous, sincere and always made with love.

Growing up in the family restaurant
I grew up in my family's restaurant, in a village in Alsace. The buzz of the dining room, the smell of the kitchen, the regulars pushing the door open as if coming home. It's that place of gathering and the pleasure of the table that I try to bring back to life, and that keeps me going every day. A table in a lovely setting, to add a little pleasure, gentleness and happiness to life.
That's the longing that set me on my way. A table, to bring people together.
A 1780 house
Towards the end of the 2010s, the house stood almost abandoned; it fell into my arms, and we adopted one another. After two years of work, it opened its doors. The former residence of the tenor Georges Thill came back to life: it's beautiful, it's alive, our guests adore it. Stones nearly two and a half centuries old, and a soul you simply can't fake.
It took a place of this character to welcome a cuisine that travels. This house has become a home port — the one you set sail from, with every plate.

A France & World fusion cuisine
Today, all of that road comes together on the plate: a France & World fusion cuisine, homemade, with that little twist that wakes up the taste buds. All of it in a warm setting, between the terrace and a hidden garden where the olive tree and the bougainvillea watch over the service.
The family restaurant in Alsace, the 1780 house, a lifetime of stopovers: it all comes together here, at your table. All that's missing now is you.
